Every Forever Flow Studio piece is handmade, so the final price depends on
the shape, resin volume, number of layers, inclusions
and any custom details requested.

The prices below are starting/base prices.

A written quote is provided before work begins.
 
WHAT BASE PRICES INCLUDE

Base prices generally include:
- Ashes mixed through the resin, where suitable
- One clear or coloured resin finish
- Shimmer, where chosen
- Standard casting and finishing
- Standard protective packaging

Extra charges apply for
fur placement, photos, lettering, additional layers, marbling,
glitter, extra colours, internal ash inserts,
complex inclusions, premium packaging and postage.



SMALL MEMORIAL KEEPSAKES

Mini Keepsakes — $35
Includes pieces such as Teeny Cat Keepsakes, Featureless Cat Keepsakes, Mini Flat Paw and Mini Flat Heart.
 
Feature Flat Keepsakes — $40
Includes pieces such as Heart-Cutout Paw and Yin-Yang Paw. These can be a good lower-cost option where carefully placed fur may be requested as an add-on.

Small 3D Keepsakes — $45
Includes 3D Paw and 3D Heart keepsakes. These are best suited to ashes, colour, clear resin and shimmer.

Standard One-Pour Keepsakes — $55
Includes medium cats, medium dogs, larger flat paws and larger flat hearts.

Feature One-Pour Pieces — $70
Includes larger or more decorative one-pour pieces such as the Infinity paw-and-heart piece, full yin-yang, lotus flower, flower candle holder, LOVE, FAMILY and HOME signs, large cat and large dog.


PHOTO FRAME MEMORIALS

Photo Frame Memorials — from $150
Photo frame memorials include one customer-supplied photo as part of the base price.

Base price includes:
- One customer-supplied photo
- Standard trimming, sizing and shaping of the photo
- Ashes if requested
- One colour or clear resin finish
- Shimmer if chosen
- Standard casting, finishing and protective packaging

Additional photos, lettering, fur placement, complex effects or custom layouts are priced separately.
Please note: Forever Flow Studio does not offer photo restoration, background removal or major photo editing. Customers need to provide the photo they would like used.


DISPLAY, PLAQUE AND GEOMETRIC PIECES

Squares, rectangles, arches, plaques, spheres, pyramids, prisms
and other display pieces are priced by resin volume and design.

Base resin-volume guide:
- Up to 100 mL: $35
- 101–150 mL: $40
- 151–200 mL: $50
- 201–300 mL: $60
- 301–400 mL: $75
- 401–600 mL: $95
- 601–800 mL: $115
- 801 mL–1 litre: $140
- Over 1 litre to 1.4 litres: $170

Large or deep sculptural pieces, including pyramids, may be poured at different heights
and can include multiple layers.
Final pricing depends on the amount of resin used, the number of layers and the details requested.
Very large or detailed layered pieces are quoted individually.


ADD-ONS AND CUSTOM OPTIONS

Fur Placement

- Standard fur placement in a thinner or flatter layer: +$15
- Deep fur placement within a thicker piece: +$20
Fur is always carefully arranged or positioned. It is not simply mixed through the resin.

Photos
- Photo added to a non-frame piece: +$25 per photo
- One customer-supplied photo in a photo frame memorial: included

Lettering
- Simple lettering, such as one name, one date or one short line: +$20
- Standard lettering, such as a name and dates or up to two short lines: +$30
- Extended wording or more involved placement: from +$40

Layers
- Thin clear sealing coat: +$10
- Additional resin layer: +$35 per layer
- Unusually complex layers: quoted individually

Colour and Design Effects
- Standard glitter mixed through: +$5
- Chunky, blended or specially placed glitter: +$10
- Extra colour in a non-marbled design: +$10 per extra colour
- Marbling: from +$30
  Marbling is charged at $10 per colour used, with a minimum charge of $30.

Internal Ash Insert
- Internal ash insert: +$30
This covers creating and placing a separate small ash piece within the main design.
Additional layers are calculated separately as part of the overall design.

Complex Inclusions or Special Layouts
- Complex inclusions, custom placement or special layouts: from +$40
This may include collar pieces, tags, multiple meaningful items, unusual inclusions
or more detailed design work.

PREMIUM PACKAGING

Standard protective packaging is included with each order.
 
Optional premium presentation packaging:
- Small: +$10
- Medium: +$15
- Large: +$20

POSTAGE AND HANDLING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

- Small parcel: $15
- Medium parcel: $20
- Large parcel: $25

Extra-large, heavy, unusually fragile or multiple-piece orders will be quoted separately.
Any postage cost will be confirmed in the written quote before the order is accepted,
so there are no unexpected delivery charges once the piece is complete.
Local collection or agreed handover may also be available by arrangement.

FAMILY KEEPSAKE DISCOUNT

Family keepsake discounts may be available when multiple eligible compatible pieces are ordered together.
- 3–5 eligible compatible pieces: 10% off base piece prices
- 6 or more eligible compatible pieces: 20% off base piece prices

The discount applies to base piece prices only.
It does not apply to add-ons such as fur placement, photos, lettering, additional layers, marbling,
ash inserts, complex inclusions, premium packaging, postage or delivery.

Eligible compatible pieces are pieces ordered together that can reasonably be batched
using the same or compatible resin, colours, finishes and production process.

PAYMENT

Orders under $150 are generally paid in full before work begins.

Orders of $150 or more generally require a 50% deposit before work begins,
with the remaining balance due before pickup, delivery or dispatch.
