Are pieces ready-made or custom made?

Pieces are custom made to order. Sample pieces are shown to help you choose shapes, colours, finishes, and design ideas, but each finished piece is made individually.

Can ashes be included?

Yes. Ashes can be included in many memorial pieces. They are usually mixed through the resin, depending on the design and the look you want.

Can fur or whiskers be included?

Yes. Fur, hair, or whiskers can be included where suitable. Some designs work better than others, especially if you want the fur or whiskers to remain visible.

Can photos be included?

Yes, photos can be included in suitable pieces such as photo frames, plaques, layered designs, or display pieces. Very small shapes usually cannot hold photos.

Can collars, tags, or small items be included?

Some small items may be suitable, depending on the size, shape, and design of the piece. This can be discussed during enquiry.

Do small pieces still receive care and respect?
 

Yes. Even small memorial pieces are made with care. The difference is that small entry-level pieces are simpler in design, which helps keep them affordable.

Can more than one family member order a keepsake?
 

Yes. Family keepsake sets can be created using the same ashes or memorial inclusion, allowing several family members to each keep a small piece close.

How do I choose a shape?
 

The gallery shows sample shapes and finish ideas. You can choose from available molds and discuss what would best suit your pet, inclusion type, and budget.

How long does an order take?
 

Timeframes depend on the piece, the resin curing process, the design, and current workload. More detailed or layered pieces may take longer.

Can I choose colours?
 

Yes. Colours and finishes can be discussed, including clear, shimmer, glitter, pearl, soft colours, deeper colours, and other suitable options.

Will the finished piece look exactly like the sample?
 

No two resin pieces are exactly the same. Samples are used to show shape, style, colour, and finish ideas, but each handmade piece will be unique.

How are memorial materials handled?
 

Memorial materials are handled carefully and respectfully throughout the studio process. Your materials are recorded, labelled, and kept with the correct order

Can I order a box or special packaging?

Small pieces may include simple protective packaging. Presentation boxes may be available as an upgrade. Larger display pieces are boxed as standard where needed.
